Considering SM tried to literally erase her existence as if she was never part of SNSD to begin with, like in their museum, and she was kicked out, I don't think it's disrespectful but more on insensitive.

Makes me think of how I know someone personally, who used to be in a band, but at his solo concert he performed one of his former band's songs.

Even though he has once said that the band brings him bad memories sometimes.

It's true that Jessica was kicked out but for the sake of her OT9 fans, it's ok to sign the album since she was part of it.
