Well when you are taken from your family and taught nothing useful other than dance sing and model 24/7 leaving very little time to get a real education at school and all of this done at a young age where you live s very insulated and isolated lifestyle where your friendships and socialization is picked for you and everything is done for you, it makes sense most of them are dumb, 90% of kpop idols cannot socialize or solve basic common sense problems because they are socially and academically challened because of their upbringing by " the agency is my parents" Some are smart etc because their manager loved them enough to treat them like their own child and thus actually teach them life skills , but most don't have the luxury. The industry will never live down the release all the himbo and bimbos on the market.
