If you guys read the lyrics of the song you would know that in the song they all dated the same guy without knowing in then they caught on his behavior cuz he kept mixing their names

Seulgi & wendy are really close friends
and the songwriter of the song said "business friends" because she was making a reference to something which happened during the recording session
where Seulgi asked Wendy if she thought about her while singing the song
and to joke wendy acted like she didn't and then said to seulgi " yes so you should think of me too or i'll be mad"
and to joke with them the songwriter basically said that if she doesn't do it then they should call the song " business friend" because it sound similar to best friend in korean

so among the group I stanned :
IZ*One : very close (became during the early promotions but even more so in their busy 2020). Of course some members are less close to others (jo yuriz being very close, among japanese members I feel like Hitomi was by far the most integrated and imo Sakura was the least integrated).
Fromis 9 : Frankly it's quite obvious that a lot of them have strict business relationship. Though there are some friendships you can see the group of friends quite easily.
Loona : kinda like F9 but they are 12 so it's more understandable. Feel closer for the most part with some clear friendship like gowon hye.
WJSN : quite close for the most part though some members seem to not talk to each other a lot
Red Velvet : Seems like friends for the most part, though no extremely close friendship like besties etc
