i agree. people did weeekly very dirty, and imo if people stayed supporting them they wouldn't have changed their concept or fell off the way they did, now with fifty fifty, i do not see them ever making another hit, people only care for the song, and not the group.

This is a moot point because I don’t think anyone expects them to become global sensations. A lot of people love viral songs, but it doesn’t mean they care about the artist at all. That applies to “Cupid.” Everyone knows this.
I love them, root for them, and hope they make it out of nugudom, but there’s no reason for anyone to see them as a threat.
They’re just not that kind of group, and I don’t say that as a bad thing. If anything, they remind me very much of Brave Girls. They’ve found their niche to survive in the K-pop industry; that’s all.
Why are you trying to bring them down ? Fifty Fifty's achievement are far better than Weeekly their monthly listeners keep on increasing more and more and as far as know Weeekly only got popular with kpop fans but not farther thant that Fifty Fifty so far is charting on billboard

if just all kpop fans would know and care about good music like hopkinz. groups like weeekly, brave girls and so on would allways do well. sadly its all about sns.

‧₊˚✩彡MY OPINION: I personally think it depends on what musical direction they go on, if they keep going with this love concept, popular melodies and beats, I don’t see why they wouldn’t make it big. After Weekly released “After School”, they went in a bit of a different musical direction, IN MY OPINION! If FIFTY FIFTY can release something similar to “Cupid” but still somewhat diverse, I think it could keep them charting. Not to mention how they are already building a solid fandom, unlike Weekly who I felt like had a harder time building a solid fandom. I feel like saying they will just plainly end up in nugudom is kinda weird, how will other companies and groups get time to shine? Especially if we constantly plaster the nugu title on they’re work. They are already charting, and gaining a solid fandom, not to mention how people are waiting for they’re next comeback.
‧₊˚✩彡CONCLUSION: I think if FIFTY FIFTY continues to release the releases that the general public enjoys, I can see them exiting nugu dom. I don’t know how popular they’ll be, but I do think immediately plastering the “Nugu forever” title would be kinda assuming.
