1 day before my 9th birthday >.<
I fell while trying to do jump rope and hit my knee badly so it turned all sorts of blue and green
After an X-ray and getting cream for it the doctor only said "You can be lucky that it's not broken" and than my grandma who brought me there said "You can actually break your knee?!?!"

Oh and when I was 17 I took my grandma there cause she got a heart attack and since its harder to diagnose it on a woman than on a man it took 5 hours to even know what she was having so she could've died actually in this time. The doctor was also a butt and said she can leave to go home to pack a bag and return the next day. My grandma was confused and shook since she just got to hear she had a heart attack and that she got a 2nd one right in the minute as the doctor gave her the results of her 1st one.
After she was in the hospital for a long time and having stends (idk how to correctly spell this) put into her body for better blood-flow against more heart attacks, she felt good when she took treatments and recovered but 8 months later as she returned for a basic check up on her she had a heart attack again right in the hospital on that day. I was a bit scared since she did not come home and I worried since she did not tell me anything. I was so close to call the police to say my grandma got missing, but ya know the cops could just said it would be too early to search her since she was not lost for too long enough and I had no idea how to contact the hospital to ask if my grandma was still there. I was scared till late at night she called from the hospital to say she would only return on the next day cause they wanted to keep her to check on her.

Yeah, I have hydrocephalus and can go years and decades completely fine and health. But when it's not fine, I end up in the ER waiting for emergency neurosurgery first thing in the morning...
The waiting room wait is usually an hr or two. But since it's not life threatening, I still have to wait until the next day for surgery.
4 ER visits that I remember... one they sent me home because the hospital didn't do neurosurgery

Yes, I had to once. A few years ago I fell down some steps at school and landed on my foot which caused a little chip on my ankle. Luckily that has been all.

Yeah, apparently the pain was due to fibroids
-
yes. i had chest pain after having covid and i thought i was dying. turns out i wasn't dying! but i was in the er for 10 hours. they'd bring me back for something and then i'd have to go back to the waiting room, and repeat multiple times
Oh man, that had to be scary. 10 hours is way too long too!

Women get shafted so often due to society prioritizing the needs and experiences of men. It's shameful
