Paranormal or strange experiences

No. I like watching "paranormal investigations" and ghost hunting videos on youtube but I don't believe in it one bit. And I think the more you watch videos like these, the less you should believe in ghosts and stuff because nothing ever happens in them. I just watch them for the mood, the eeriness I guess.

I used to live near a graveyard for around a year. One night when I looked out the window I wondered wha the F I was seeing. I took a closer look the next morning when I walked past it on the street to go to the bus stop and noticed that fucked up thing I saw at night was just an almost 2m tall Jacket stand/wardrobe-thingy but instead of jackets they put watering cans on it wich looked od at night in the dark
A few years ago I sat in my room during summer, window open and a fucking cockroach flew into my face trought the open window and I was shock AF since wtf cockroaches do not apear that easily where I am and not even just fly into your room like that and yes cockroaches can fly
I was pranked in 8th grade. We visited an Dutch island. There is a field with weird texture like everywhere is a different height and there is a path in the middle. The field has a fence with a gate and a notice in many languages that it is prohibet to camp there or else you get a fine. They prohibited camping there cause aparently many hundret of years ago when a ship broke and the dead people from it landed on the beach nobody knew who they are and so they got all buried there and a rumor went on that the dead souls would fly around as confused ghosts cause they can't find piece after death. So of cause many people went there to go camping to see the ghosts. My teacher used this to prank us. He invited 2 students to his plan and said they can't tell everyone about it. At night like midnight (wich is seen as the scary hour here) we went to this field and my teacher took the students he talked to with him and than they pranked us by hiding themself and of cause the first others didn't knew this and got scared when the students came to scare them. A few in my class got super scared when they heard everyone scream and we really had some people who screamed AF since they are scared easlily and/or belive in ghosts
In 4th grade we visited a town for 3 days where a guid told us about all the scary myths and one night a girl lied to us out of boredom cause she looked out the window and just said she saw the mythical person that was apparently outside in front of the building. The myth said the person was murdered and cut into 4 pieces and the dead body was flying around as ghost shoped up into it's 4 pieces since it can't finf peace. My classmate later on said she lied to us when we all could not see it. A lot other myths exists around this place and one was were we all closed our eyes when we passed a staircase that leads to a church at night. The myth said there was a girl who sat on the stairs and cryed after her fiances cheated on her and she refused help so she sat there and cryed till she died. The myth also said her ghost would cry at night and you can hear it and if you are a virgin-woman you need to close your eyes and not see the stairs if you pass them when you hear the cry-noise or else when you see her she kills you. The myth ends in that her ghost would kill virgin-women cause she wants to make sure they can never get cheated on by someone and it is only allowed to look at her when you are a married woman and/or no virgin since acording to the myth this girl was a virgin and waited for her marriage but her cheating fiance took the "we stay virgins till marriage" not serious and cheated
BTW IDK how it is around the world but you find a lot scary rumors and myths about almost all places in Germany

I agree, I really like watching that kind of content, it makes me really curious, but nothing has ever happened to me, nor I believe they're true. But they're funny to watch, and I like to listen to people who has had strange experiences.

I have lots of stories and I think I shared before somewhere on this forum. Quick summary is that I was 100% skeptic and non-believer and then it happened to me and continues to happen - it's been 3 decades now and it happens irregularly and unpredictably. I'm not insane and it's just one of those things you can't prove to others and many won't believe it unless they've experienced it themselves. I've kinda made peace with it now. Yes, sometimes it can be terrifying and wierd but not all experiences are bad or scary either --- just unexplainable.
Let me dig up the past ones I shared. piedpiper134340
The first incident:
This was back in the 90's and we were big X-Files fans so investigating the paranormal was like playing. My friend's mom gave us a witch's book from a garage sale she bought. Long story short, my friend and I were stupid and made our own Ouija Board without really understanding what we were really doing. We tried the cup and then decided to use unsharpened pencils instead with each of us lightly holding one pencil (there was 3 of us). We all thought the pencils would go to different characters and prove it's all fake. But nope, it became like magnets and told us many things, including for us to stop and don't play around. Because none of us really believed, we even provoked the spirits to 'prove it'. This one ghost of a white women haunted me for months. Everytime I saw her, she would asked, 'do you believe now?' and I can feel her anger because of our disrespect. I fully regret my actions because after what I experienced (the hauntings), question my own insanity, denial of it all, and still have occasional paranormal experience since then. Also to add that at this time, I wasn't religious either. I had a scary and traumatizing experience with Christianity, where my local church was trying to pressure me into getting Baptized and my mom was a Buddhist. But the way I resolved this was that I prayed every day since the haunting (both Christian and Buddhist prayers) for help. One day, I saw a light entity with a male's voice. He said it would stop but that I had to stop messing with the occult and the paranormal and to promise I won't go seeking it out on purpose again. I accepted and the haunting stopped. I know now that the light entity was St. Michael but it took another decade or so for the confirmation. After the hauntings, I wanted to thank the entity that helped me and so I asked and I heard "Michael". So as a validation, I noted that if it was really St. Michael, one day I would end up at a place devoted to him without intentionally going there myself. About 15 years later after the first hauntings, through a series of cancellation of flights and stuff - I was stuck in France for a few more days. One of my friend randomly said, let's go to Normandy and we ended up unexpectly at Mont St.Michael. When I stepped into the church, I had the biggest chills. Confirmation indeed.

Some other incidents over the years:
Camping incident:
I've heard random voices several times. In my case, it's mostly from spirits wanting me to acknowledge and help them. I do some good deeds, say a prayer, and they move on. However, one time a spirit was trying to lure me. I was camping in the mountains (the area had many historical battles and fighting etc.), I shared a tent with my older sis. We have one other tent where my older bro took to himself. When we asleep, I was woken up by a male voice calling my name over and over. The voice was clear and right by my head and I don't see anything - everything was normal etc. I thought it was my older brother pranking me but when I got up to check, he was completely dead asleep (I slept on the far side - away from his tent; if he did the prank, I would have heard him walking a bit to get back inside his). I go back to my sleeping bag and after a bit, the voice called again. This time I can hear my brother and sister snoring already too. At this point, the voice kept going. Then I remember someone told me that if you hear a spirit call your name, do NOT respond in anyway. So I ignored it completely - turned on my iPhone and put on earphones, and went to sleep. I told my older brother about it the next morning, he told me that I was lucky to ignore it. When he was doing his Army training in the area, his friends told him that in the past, many soldiers reported the same thing and back in history, the enemy would lure victims by doing this and take them as hostage or slaves.
Tunnel incident:
I was driving through a tunnel that cuts through a secluded mountain area; I was the only person and only car in the tunnel. The music came suddenly, surround sound in HD in both ears and I couldn't hear anything else (the car driving or any other noise). But the music I heard was a choir type of singing with many voices and it feel like holy/religious music but not in a language I understood. There was nothing to see - everything look normal. I only heard the music. It lasted several minutes, even after I left the tunnel and parked on the side of the road. I've gone back to that tunnel many times over the years, and nothing like it has happened again. No one I know experienced anything either. I like to think I just came across some angles singing or something.

Ah Ma (Grandma) Incident:
A dream visitation from my Chinese grandma that passed away 20 years before the incident. Grandma's spirit visited me and told me that my mom would be gravely ill, but for me not to worry because she will be ok. I was living half way across the world from my mom at that time and my mom was just diagnosed with a serious illness but didn't tell me because she knew I may pack-up and go back to take care of her etc. Next day, I called my mom and asked her if there was something serious that she didn't tell me and she was shocked (because the only other person who knew was the Dr. and my Dad). She asked how I knew and I told her about the dream visit. It was the first time she ever believed me about the paranormal encounters I've had over the years.
Number Incidents:
It was one sunny afternoon and I was reading a book in my tiny apartment at the time. Suddenly, I hear an old man's voice repeating a series of numbers non-stop. It wasn't loud and it was quite close - like if he was right next to me but I'm the only one in my apartment and I didn't have TV or radio on. His voice was surround sound in those minutes and I could only hear numbers. As any Asian would do --- I immediately looked for paper and something to write some numbers while this old man's voice is still going with numbers. As luck would have it, I COULD NOT find paper and pen/pencil in time because by the time I reach for the backpack, his voice just stopped and when it did - strangly, I COULD NOT recall a single number he said in any order. I blew my chance at winning the lotto.
Fast forward to this year. My American dad passed some years back and I get dream visits from him too. One dream last year, he was fishing and was quite happy and I was like, I'm so glad your enjoying. My dad smiled and yelled "25" at me and then he was gone. Just this past week, I randomly bought two lotto tickets with his birthday and 25. I won a small amount from the lotto. Thanks, Dad.

Interesting.

Btw, I made this thread not because I believe in the paranormal, just because of ENTERTAINMENT. I know ghosts don't exist and that there's a lot of stuff we don't understand, or casual things we think are "strange".
So no need to write "funny" invented stories to try to mock me, I'm more intelligent that you may think
