content a bit boring? I still watch them, but I have it more in the background. I have two monitors so I usually put NJ stuff to the second monitor, while I do some homework or other stuff. They are still young and just started so that might be the reason their content hasn't captured me completely. This is going to sound weird, but lately I've been watching Purple Kiss and LightSum stuff and I find them more entertaining than NJ.

I don't watch NJ stuff, but I haven't really heard anyone mention their being a "charming" or variety member amongst them.
Whenever people talk about them, it usually has to do with their visuals, styling, or their music.
The only 4th gen GGs I have seen mentioned for their personalities, are Wonyoung (people praise her for her charm and the way she manages herself), multiple members of LSFM, Haewon and Bae, Winter (and maybe Karina), Ryujin and Chaeryeong, and yeah.
They have just debuted though, and they haven't really done any variety that I know. So, they haven't really gotten a chance to demonstrate their charming points.

fromis_9 - literally kids born for variety shows
Purple KISS - obvious choice
STAYC - even if you will think ah that's filler episode then suddenly Sumin will fall or Yoon will energize crew
Le Sserafim - the best from new groups, they just generate funny situations on their own, and dialogues are top notch
also LOONA but with current situation might be sad/hard to watch knowing what might happen

I think they’re really sweet together actually, and I enjoy their content, although I agree that they don’t have many out their characters.
I will say that most idols these days aren’t really funny anymore. Long gone are the days when we had variety queens like SNSD.
BTS are still fun to watch, and so are Le Sserafim if you want to laugh.
