the group is still fresh. I’m sure they are more focused on cementing Nmixx’s image as a group before thinking of solo activities.

It's not JYPE that decides whom an IT Girl is, it's the Korean Media that does that.

But in general, for all Companies, the IT Girl is the Visual, there can many Visuals in a Group.

i like her but sadly maybe no.
