Yes sure, if you ignore Lee Hyori, IU etc. That said i think she is ahead of the curve considering her age. Question is if she can keep it up for the next 3-5 years

Wonyoung is huge and incredibly successful as a young age but I'm lowkey tired of kpop fans trying to completely erase all other it girls in order to prop her up.

Is she the biggest non big 3 it girl ever? No. Lee hyori, IU, hyeri, Hyuna etc. Were all just as big and in most cases much bigger because of their dominance in every part of the industry from music, cfs, acting, variety shows etc.

Biggest ever? No. It’s already been covered here. Kpop hyperbole always cracks me up - your fave doesn’t have to be the first or the best ever to be kicking ass and taking names.

Lee Hyori really shouldn't count because DSP WAS a big 3 company before their decline and replacement by YG
