The song is good but I expected something else. From the first teasers, I thought we would get something Gfriend-esque. It's quite a let down.
Also, can someone tell me what song they sampled cuz for the life of me I can't remember. And how does the legality work with sampling cuz they used a lot of the melody?

It’s not really a sample it’s an interpolation. And that’s completely legal.

Yeah they just took that part from I will survive and just sped it up a bit. It’s basically the same melody. If it was sample they would have kind of remixed the beat. That’s why it was easy to know it was inter-poled from IWS because they took note from note. While a sample is snippet.

yeah this song is a bit of a let down but it's still good it's just not a bop like their older releases
I wish they slow down the song a bit to a similar speed like the sample they used.
IVE directly dived into singing the moment the song started. Like the producers could've let the instrumentals build up before letting the girls sing any verse. These are the only two issues with the song, else it would've been such a bop!

I think it's a good song. Honestly, is just hard for them to outdo Love Dive, so I'm not surprised that people are disappointed.
the sample hard carries the song. Without it, it sounds very generic.
