Really? I feel like there's no clear winner for bgs yet either though, they always end up outdoing each other after every comeback. I think in general for 4th gen there seems to be no clear leader yet. But there are more gg contenders than bgs which only really have 3-4 leaders.

i disagree with this, with good music or not boygroups always have less public appeal as they lack male and older audience. I think only BigBang (maybe BTS as well) has balanced audience as they are not seen as "flower boys". Its hard for boygroups to be taken seriously.

not exactly true, none of bgs would do half as good as aespa if they release Next Level for example, people always say aespa could be a NCT unit and i quite agree at times but you don't see NCT getting hits left and right

yeah, S.E.S was very successful but didn't sell out stadiums or have bloodthirsty fangirls causing mayhem on the streets of Korea. So people seem to squeeze Fin.K.L in there as being on their level, if not bigger.
