Ryujin or Lia from Itzy. It was Ryujin who immediately responded to the panicked Midzys when there was a concept change in Sneakers. Key from SHINee might be reading because he's the best English speaker. I'm guessing Red Velvet's Yeri or Wendy. In other words, I think some of them are at least curious about the reaction and comments to their work.
So definitely those who speak and understand English. -

It would be possible those would lurk or check an article, hot debate or something, if googling would take them here. They definitely lurk on Instagram and Twitter, but idk about forums and such. They most probably do know the allkpop article site, I think Jackson or Bam even retweeted it or commented about it on Twitter?
Pretty sure none of the idols has time to be 'secretly active' here lol
