If it's any relief, the next song is much brighter and happier, so you might like that one more.

Also, I agree yet again, this song isn't really my cup of tea either. I only excuse it because it was a pre-debut track they made back in like 2017 or so, and because the lyrics are nice, but even that does so much as I could say that for so many of their songs.

I was so sure I reviewed this! I guess I didn't. It's a five for me, which for me is not a great score. I might bump it up to a six on a good day though. There are worse from them after all. Something that I don't like that will be a very recurring theme for a lot of 3racha songs is how sectioned off it feels. One of them sings the beginning, one sings in the middle and one sings in the ending. I get why they probably did this (being a trainee is busy, and they probably didn't have time to switch lines a lot and that would be too much work, better to do it in chunks), but still. Since I can tell their voices apart very easily, it's painfully obvious to me, to the point where I can't not notice it.

The beat isn't bad, but very simplistic, and not in a good way. The lyrics more than make up for it. Reading them stings and I feel bad for them. Dealing with those kinds of things so young is not easy for anyone. At it's core, it's a pretty universal struggle: doing what you're passionate about, or pleasing your parents, as well as homesickness. That works in its favor though, as more people can relate to the lyrics.
