I feel like this not only applies to Itzy but other groups as well.
also, this is somewhat nothing compared to the past. Every single Itzy release has gotten polarizing comments calling it trash. Ever since Dalla dalla, but ppl don't seem to remember that. Happened for Icy, Not shy, Wannabe, MITM. I had to deal with ppl being negative and hateful last comeback especially, when that leak was dropped and ppl were spreading it and trashing it but... LOCO became my favorite Itzy title track of all time
