Bang Chan! Where do I even start? My ultimate bias and one of my favorite leaders. I really like how much he puts the kids first and how hard working he is. It is also incredibly obvious how much he cares about music and making music. That being said, he has said time and time again how the kids are always his first priority and how, no matter how busy he is, he always tries to make time for them if they want to talk to him or do something with him. If he can tell they're nervous or scared about something, he's always there to comfort them too. While no leader is perfect obviously, I think he's a very good one, at least in my (admittedly biased) opinion.

Undoubtedly Bang Chan
On a serious note though, he’s honestly incredible. Stray Kids have gone through so many shitty circumstances and as a leader, Bang Chan has supported his team all the way through.
Now? Stray Kids are thriving.
