Mine's Thai, Japanese and Mexican. Sometimes, Chinese too but it is so easy to get it here so i dont crave for it much.

I love sundubu stew and how spicy Korean foods are
I also love Katsu, Japanese curry, Soba noodles and Tempura
They are all healthy and easy to make

Pasta All'riso is a close second. It's close to the FLorentine special budino all'riso, but a speciality of the same region named above:
