Why is it so hard for Soojin @ CUBE to take legal action for all these false accusation ???

There's probably a reason we ignore. At the end of the day, we're just observers, we don't know what's going on behind the scenes and it's none of our business. Maybe Cube is still trying to play it as nice as possible, maybe the accusers have some kind of leverage that makes the issue harder to deal with... who knows.

Because it doesn't prove anything. In Korea you can sue someone for defamation even if its true.

That's so lame and distasteful. Seems like they forget Soojin is a close friend to the members and the girls are very likely not enjoying the situation one bit. So using the members' image to promote the cancelling of Soojin's is really gross.

You can also sue someone even if the rumors are true, Soojin is going to get even more hate if CUBE tries to sue right now.

She's gonna keep on receiving hate UNTIL SOMEONE HAS THE LAST WORD. I think everything is gonna come down to who has the last word. If Cube manage, in one way or another, to make the accusers take back their statement, OR if they manage to make them forgive Soojin in a proper statement, THEN there's a chance for the public opinion to change for the better. Knetz will then move on and jump onto the next drama.

but soyeon is thier main song writer, and the main person everyone knows from the group, plus shes got the whole produce backstory and that comes with sympathy now with the rigging scandal. She may have the CF's right now, but that doesn't make her as valuable to them as Soyeon. Its not nice to say but thats reality but even if it was Soyeon they may not even move to protect her.

This is Cube. Cube who has managed to mess up basically all the groups or idols they ever had in some way or other. Hyuna, 4 minute, Beast (now highlight) etc. Only ones I can think of that they didn't mess up is Jo kwon, G.na and Rain. And only because I don't know much about them so cube could have messed them around too.
