f(x) r overrated as fuck
That's hilarious coming from a blink.

Btw what does it say about Army when everytime another group is mentioned beside them that group gets dragged?
Billboard disagrees though.
Yes you might think this is a strange comparison but I think it's not to crazy when you think about it.
In one corner you have arguably the most critically acclaimed girl group of all time f(x). Who has one ot two albums that appear in almost every kpop fans top 10 albums of all time.
Then in the other corner you have BTS. Arguably the most popular and successful kpop group of all time. And according to ARMY success equals quality.
So who do you think has the best discography ever?
You already know I'm biased and will choose my favorite group ever f(x). But don't forget Billboard chose Pink Tape as the BEST KPOP ALBUM OF THE DECADE last year. That's an amazing achievement. Think of all the great albums released between 2010 and 2019. Yet Billboard said f(x) >>> everybody else.
Their opinion should be held in high regard and I definitely agree.
What do you think?
NCT rotates members in the same way though? I thought NCT lost members due to lawsuits.
did i embarrass you with all my facts, info, and logic? that’s a shame
anyway, jungkook made it super clear that his “first and last role model is rm” and he “had no interest in being a singer” and “had no interest in singing” and he “became a singer to dance” and “all [he] wanted to do was dance” and he was “only interested in dancing”
i could quote the other like 5 times he said it but yeah, we all get the point. nugu rookies play up their love for the seniors who gp likes, then stop once they get a bit bigger. it’s part of the industry. jungkook’s only real inspiration to be a singer/idol was dancing and then later, rm.
Ok even I'm tired of this conversation now lol. How long are you two gonna go on like this?
Large girl groups with smash hit singles that had a "graduation system" of rotating members.
These two groups were the epitome of this particular concept.
If you are new to kpop then do yourself a favor and marathon the videography of these two amazing 2nd gen groups :)
Hes going to be single forever cause his fans aren't going anywhere.
The fact that people still want to compare BTS to TVXQ in Japan shows you still don't understand how big TVXQ was and still is in Japan.
Jesus Christ himself could descend from the heavens right smack dab in the middle of a TVXQ concert and nobody would care.
They would tell his ass to get out the way cause he's blocking their view.
I cant reply to every single message here disagreeing with me but I just want to point out to those users who are saying BTS is more important cause non kpop fans have heard of them and not the other two groups.
And?
They are still NON fans. That fact they have just heard of them contributes nothing. I've heard of the "Fast and the Furious" movies but I've never watched a single one of them cause I'm just not interested in them.
So yeah that doesn't make them more important to kpop.
I should be bigger than Ariana Grande but I live in Malaysia and I can’t sing shit.
Life Goes On Drew baby
This....
Just ended my whole thread. Thanks a lot lol.
And they would have.
But the main reason they didn't was because they worked for TS Entertainment while BTS works for Big Hit.
B.A.P. was poised to take over the world. Luckily for Big Hit TS ENTERTAINMENT were incompetent.
I'm not reading all that, sorry love. We can agree to disagree but I don't know what tae's problem is.
Lol it's not that long.
Display MoreThis is funny, the erasure of other BGs is hilarious.
Fine I’ll give TVXQ Japan, but their disbandment already halted their growth and their glory years are behind them.
Now BigBang, why are people always glorifying Big Bang like they single handedly carried BGs? BB was only dominant in digitals but even then hit songs from other BGs gave them a run for their money. BigBang was never the set TOP BOY GROUP.
In terms of spreading Hallyu Wave in SEA, groups like Suju, Shinee, and 2PM did more as reflected by the number of physical albums they sold, their tours and fan meetings.
Stop putting BB in the same legendary status as TVXQ and stop erasing the contributions by other BGs.
I agree TVXQ was well above BigBang when it cco came to fandom size.
But BigBang had massive general public support. That's why they were the Kings of digital.
another episode of misskarinadoesntknow aka mrsbetterblink speaking bullshit.
any group could have done it? dont make me laugh, you sound dumb as fuck right now. if any group could have done it why havent we seen many groups already do it?
and its not luck but hard work. learn the difference perhaps?
Could you take the name calling and profanity down just a notch please lol? We can keep this civil.
TRUE kpop fans know how important BigBang was. But new fans are less interested in history and will never know their impact.
Display More"Ex-H.O.T member Moon Hee Jun revealed he noticed the immense potential of junior group TVXQ early on in the game.
During the filming of an upcoming episode of JTBC’s “Inside Story Salon,” Moon Hee Jun said, “If a junior singer has outstanding talent and improves at a very quick pace, you can feel threatened,” and chose TVXQ as the junior group that made him feel that way.
“TVXQ greeted me when they were trainees, and even back then, I thought that they could surpass H.O.T,” he confessed.
When asked if he felt any other junior groups posing a threat to H.O.T’s popularity, the singer said, “In the glory days of H.O.T, there was no rival that was capable of causing a change [in our position].”
Moon Hee Jun: “TVXQ Posed the Biggest Threat to H.O.T” | Soompi
When a member of the legendary H.O.T. says he feared TVXQ then that should tell you all you need to know.
TVXQ was a force that kpop had never seen. They were the original BTS.

People like to say they were only popular in Japan lol.
They must not have seen their Mirotic concert from 2008.
