Hybe new group fans who are busy mocking BTS. The resources their juniors get is due to BTS who build that company to this stage today. So if you gonna discredit them, then never forget the fact the billions they generated is what made hybe and funded every junior group. Not same comparison. Love newjeans. But it is possible only because BTS opened doors for kpop. BTS didn't have same budget, resources etc. that's why it took time for them to chart in many charts

You make every post a war. In some thread you praise IU and in some posts you are shady. I get confused. There is enough space for each group. Newjeans already setting international records. BM can do well as hype as bp juniors. They all can earn millions. It is not world War.

Single albums are priced as western albums but ifpi rule is clear. That's why single albums chart as single sales in many countries. It is such disadvantage for kpop artists but companies care about profit with less effort not about charts. Same with eps. There is some time limit to be counted as one physical album. So regardless of revenue, it is downweighted by ifpi. It also effects overall career sales of artist because when you create equivalent, a physical single album only weighted as one third of studio album and an ep is counted as half. No matter how much it costs.

That's why butter past year didn't appear on album chart despite selling three million copies because they counted it as single. Downweighting it so much.

Newjeans b sides perform wonderfully can't be said for every group. It is risky if song is bad. So far they have done good job at it. Five hits in first six month is crazy

imagine if they came with actual album with countless new songs. The streams it couldve got

Like top idols from first two gens always worked in acting industry, variety because it made them more money and brought them More cfs.. There is no situation of suzy and friends anymore who relied on cfs because they can't tour.

Now from third gen acts started touring massively and merchandise is worth millions, they no more need acting to stay relevant. BTS, blackpink, seventeen, twice, nct. Only big groups though. Yes they can take gigs here and there but it is no more the most important thing for them

Fourth gen groups also doing same. Txt stray kids enhypen etc all can tour and sell lot. Newjeans getting paid already, I've and their countless cf deals, lssfirm going on tour this year. They all are set already.

Even though I wanna see BTS members in some roles, but they can make more money from tours, global deals, massive profit sharing on sales , merchandise etc.. No more idols can be looked down upon.

But yeah smaller idol agencies and their idols need it. Like Eunwoo is making millions as an actor. But top idols don't need it
