Let me tell you what's happening here.
There have been a lot of media play articles using BTS in the past, like this one here and some of them weren't as favorable as comparing skills, but SM and YG stans said it wasn't mediaplay and it's was just people hating for no reason and it wasn't the company etc.
Now we have the exact same situation but the roles are reversed so Hybe stans are saying that this is not true, it's not official etc.
So, people want a 'i gotcha' moment but they don't realize that by doing that they more or less contradict themselves and what they have been saying for long. While we also have people say it's not true while they believed other media play articles in the past to be true.

But this is kpop and we all like to take any opportunity to be petty. I am like that so I understand.
The good thing is that now we all agree media play articles are a thing. The denial has been strong for so long. Unity at last.

Could be everybody. A Hybe intern who thought it would be a good idea, a Anti who knows which direction this will take between Hybe stans and YG stans or blinks.

Especially when they say I'm not a Company stan, but they take everything personally that relates negatively to the Company. Some people really can't distinguish between their favorites and the company.

Nothing wrong with having a standard.Let's say the source is true.
Where is the problem?
SNSD was the standard for YG and JYP, HYBE CEO said that DBSK was the perfect group so I think it was some of their standard too? Some groups / artist inspire people and I think it is a big compliment.
Everyone had once a standard. BTS, SNSD, Wondergirls, BigBang, Twice, Blackpink, Red Velvet, EXO etc. They were inspired by artists and are the ones who inspire new artists.
I really don't know why some people here take this so personal. Probably the same people who make fun of other company stans.
P.S.: The only mistake would lay with the company and I understand that people dislike comparisons. It is kinda unfair for the new group.
P.S.S: Maybe it is Mediaplay so let us stay with facts. EVERY and I repeat. EVERY Company uses Mediaplay. Live with that.
