Twice, Once a day #73 - "Knock Knock"

A solid 10. It's way to over hated by so many people who just don't get it. It's cute, it's fun, it's catchy, what more do you want? Oh, never mind, it has JYP in the music video. Vote poorly for it then, I don't care anymore. All of the song and music video is perfection aside from his appearance. Also, good on them for shutting the door in the face. Queen behavior, we love to see it.

Good song. Very fun and energetic. Great to get me motivated and start a day.

Not my favorite title track, but still very good.

I'll give it a 7

10/10. The song starts out slow with the first verse and chorus and then starts to lift in the second verse. The bridge is magic, so is the outro. Jeongyeon in the final chorus elevated the song to "you can't touch me" tier.

And for some reason it's always ranked last in most Onces title track list. Unbelievable!

This song is so good, love it. 10/10

Strong 8. This was the first Twice song I truly liked up until this point in their discography. Also loved that the video served as a prequel to the TT MV and the grim revelation that the girls had died by freezing to death.

It is one of those Twice songs that constantly get overshadowed by TT and Cheer Up which were released around the same time. But over the years, people just realize that Knock Knock is the best out of the three

I think this is going to be twice's best rated song judging by the votes and comments

Anyway, one thing we love to do is to listen to kpop together. She loves to dance. She only likes girl groups, says things like ( they are like princesses, fairies and they're beautiful ) it's really cute.

So about 6 months ago she seen the thumbnail for Knock Knock and said " this one daddy " and i'm like ok, lets watch some Twice then. Not that i mind, Feel special, Fancy, I can't stop me and Cry for me are some of my fave songs. That being said, we watch Knock Knock and well.....

Skip forward to now and our typical car trip to and from preschool pretty much goes like this.

Me "Hey bubba, what should we listen to" as we get in the car.

Her "Ummmm......Rosie,...See you later.......ummmm......Really......ummmm.....Blackpink......Knock Knock.....Rosie"....lol

Knock Knock is her favourite song from Twice, she loves it sooooo much and it makes me so happy to hear her little voice singing away in the back seat of the car. Whenever i hear that song now or many yrs in the future, probably till the day i die, it will always take me back to our time in the car together and that's why it's a massive 10 for me.

I remember when I was making threads like this was how I felt about IGBAS or something. This song is alright, not one of my favorites for sure but pretty nice! I like the bridge and the high notes in the last chorus

Also, am I the only one that thinks they're saying "Ricky Ricky knock, Ricky Ricky knock knock on my door!" instead of "freaking freaking out..."

I'm happy about that too. I wish more people could enjoy it like she does. Not focused on the charting, the fanwars, or anything like that. Woah! She has quite the tasteful stan list already. Aw, this whole thing was so wholesome to read. If I ever have a child, I'll get them to enjoy music like this too (I hope).

Haha, she really loves her girl groups. I even showed her Straykids, showed her BangChan and Felix and told her how they came from Australia too (we are Australian) but no luck. Sorry boy groups, i really tried. We might try again next year lol.

Awesome. It sounds great to be honest. It sounds amazing, and now I can't wait to be a parent even more! Yes, I'm already prepared for it to be hard, but if I get moments like these, it'll be worth it.
