She's the member who took the most number of hiatus since the early days of Omg career i infact expected her to leave much earlier i thought she would leave right after JinE but she hanged on ans she stayed with the group but it's sad to see her leave when Omg is still at their peak but i guess that's what works the best for her hopefully she'll get prosperous life
Exactly, I could see how much she was struggling mentally even after JinE had departed the group, and it was no secret among Miracles too. But Jiho has performed remarkably throughout her tenure as an idol. It was the right time to leave. Besides Twice, no other 2015 group is as hot as Oh My Girl now, and Jiho will get many modeling/acting contracts or even CFs if she choses to do so. It is possible to live a part-time life as a commoner and have a few CFs for monetary income.

But it is ok, to be a part of a group, is like working at a job-company. Even if the experience has been good, people sometimes do want to try other things, move on etc.
Life is like that. It is not as though idols are committed to eternal loyalty to their group or the fans. It is just one phase in their lives.
And better to move on, when decently successful, than linger as one fades into oblivion.
Naeun left because her actress contract was clashing with her group interests. This is a bit different although I see the sentiment.
