RE: Why are some making it seem aespa being on break is copying blackpink?

I can’t think of group less like BP than aespa. Other than the fact that there are 4 of them. They’re a concept based group that makes experimental music. And that’s the main image. Literally none of that is like BP. Like they’re closer to LOONA than they ever are to BP.
If aespa didn’t have 4 members no one would say they’re like BP. At all.
I agree here. The four members thing plays a huge role. Of course, there have been 4 person girl groups before, but all were before Blackpink and the amount of success they saw. Aespa are the first after Blackpink.

I didn't say they are copying them that was not the point it's more the way they are marketed I kind of see it but then again it's my opinion. No, if they had 6 or 7 members I would still think the same it's not about the music or number of members

They don’t even have success direction that’s mirroring BP. They have success in Korea like many a big3 GG and SM always had Chinese support. Their international appeal because of their image and musical direction being nothing like BP’s is literally vastly different.
I have no idea why blinks even want to link aespa and bp together lol.

Comparison are ridiculous and often just a way to initiate fan wars. Also I haven’t seen anyone claiming that Aesp’s hiatus is copying BP, this looks like another invented scenario to complain about something that isn’t even worth mentioning.
I said it before and I say it again, what is happening to BP is not some business strategy any sane company would like to copy. If it wasn’t due to their strong likability and dedication of Blinks any other Group would have flopped in the first 2 years!

Remember guys, a few bimbos don't define an entire fandom I'm sure most blinks have more than three braincells
The amount of times I have said this about ARMY and basically any other fandom that are all getting backlash over what a few people say...

didn't you just say it in another thread or am I imagining things

They are not marketed like BP even remotely is what I’m saying. Would you say exo is marketed like BP just because they have endorsements? Unless the endorsements becomes the face of the group, it’s not being marketed like BP.
Aespa is about navis. Aespa is about quirky experimental music. They don’t even have individual push and popularity like BP members
Like genuinely these two groups cannot be farther from each other.

the only emotion i feel seeing the exact same blinks over and over again, desperately try to convince others and themselves that Aespa are copying blackpink is pity. i hope you guys will get new music very soon so you'll maybe stop being so miserable (a lost cause probably, regardless of music releases)
