IVE does not have official positions. Liz is technically the slightly better vocalist so that’s why I believe people assume this. But nothing was confirmed

She’s gotten pretty popular post-IZ*ONE. Of course, it’s nowhere near Wonyoung‘s popularity but she’s trending often enough and knetz always praise her visuals.

I’m glad they’re paying attention to her skills as well, or just paying attention to her in general, as she was paid dust in IZ*ONE.

It’s a little complicated.

She used to be second popular in Korea for a while (she was third for brand reputation in April 2019 after Jennie and Wonyoung), but OTR never gave her solo promotions like the other members, Just that one mc gig that was cancelled, while the other got photo shoots and special stages, so she lost her hype.

But she’s been regaining it thanks to Inkigayo and IVE and I’m happy people are paying more attention to her now.

So while I do miss IZ*ONE, I absolutely do not miss the way Yujin was treated back then. People may complain about the favoritism, but I’m just glad Yujin is finally getting what she deserves.

It honestly doesn’t really matter to me. If we take a look at the lines, Yujin could be considered main vocalist as she usually takes the most challenging parts of the songs.

If we look at Skill, Liz has a slight edge.

I personally prefer the way Starship didn’t give the girls positions as it lowers their burden to prove themselves.
