How do you show your dislike for a group without overtly bashing?

I ignore them, it's as simple as that

just don't cancel them

You don't need to show. It's easy just ignoring their existence and live your life.

I never disliked any group but I've lost interest in a few and my status with them sort of became neutral so I can't help LMAO
