Also they're really funny if you watch GoSe, that's like one of the best idol reality shows I've seen tbh.
The perfect boy group so it doesn't take much thought as to why they're so popular.

Because they are self-made. They didn’t wait on Pledis to do things for them, they did everything themselves— on top of that they are a extremely well rounded group with great personalities, chemistry, and performances.

good timing, im a fan since the day one so back in the time i didnt know what was going to happen to them and tbh back then the industry was full of dark music bcs it was the trend and a talented rookie boygroup debuting with a fresh song in a ocean of dark songs was fresh air all their seniors exo bts shinee apink vixx loved them and knew their songs and talked about how they were a group they keep an eye on, and their personalities and the way of them to hype the public is all good timing and talent, when 2016 started the industry exploted with a ton of debuts so they already secured their spot before 289 boygroups came to the scene

actually agree so much with this, they're growing silently but steadily, and it makes me so happy when people go like 'oh i didnt know svt's sales is so good, i didnt know that their concert that sell well'. people can underestimate them all they want but it's a fact that svt IS a very successful group esp with their beginnings that make this success even more precious, ahh i adore them so so so much
