I don't know about that. The incorporation of 1980s-style synths is what I enjoy the most about the song.
I had a period when I was getting into them after Bim Bam Bum and Chiquita is really interesting. I like it.

Pretty good! 
First verse was kinda weird. Rest of the song is very cute though, and the chorus was unexpected in a good way. After the first chorus hits, the song just goes uphill.
Nice. Blop, cause it could be better, especially that last chorus which was pretty dissapointing imo
