As u had claimed Jungwoo is already popular, Sungchan just debuted and is still unknown to gp and haven't debuted in his own sub unit yet so it is pretty normal for SM to promote him, and isn't Jungwoo also more active on NCT/NCT 127 youtube contents as well?
