I see them as a 3rd generation group. They are all senior idols.

MamaDol is a group made up of past GG Idols and Solo Artists, they are also a No Gen Group.
I consider a No Gen Group as Artists that have already debut and have formed a new group.
A Gen Group are a group where the majority of members have debut for the first time in a generation

In all seriousness, though, I see them as a 3rd-gen group. It's kind of like how 2nd-gen group Beast went to a different company, rebranded, and started calling themselves Highlight. You wouldn't consider them 3rd gen just because they rebranded in 2016.
This is basically half of GFRIEND, and their sound is still there.
