Running is the most simple and effective exercise to stay healthy. Other basic exercises that you can do at home are pushups (if you have never done one it's not that easy as it seems but there are enough types to learn them), situps or crunches (easiest one and have various sub exercises), squats (most likely you'll do wrong but effective), planks (core training), high knees, calf raises, etc. If you want all in one then do 10-15 burpees a day, that's enough lol....

Pushups are difficult in the beginning. I honestly couldn't do 1 pushup when I started working out even though I used to play many sports in school days. So I started with knee pushup. Those are the easiest. Then moved onto inclined pushups to get my form right. This trasition helped me to do regular pushups. Now I can easily do atleast 100 pushups a day.
Burpees train every single body part that's why I said if want to do only 1 exercise it should be that. They are not easy at all.

ohh i'll try knee pushups
thank you
I do workouts with weights. Seven kilo dumbbells. I also do goblet squats. Thirty five reps daily.
I walk home sometimes
I've been known to look up senior exercises (as in for 65+ year olds) and physical therapy even though I'm 31 and uninjured... But I mostly just do stretches.
I mean, walking up and down stairs a couple times a day is more than enough exercise for me. I have low standards for myself when it comes to exercise.
