No, because the Kpop playlists don’t really make a distinction in types of Kpop and just puts everything in there, including lots of things I’m not interested in.
I do follow the TrenChill KR&B, TrenChill K-hip hop and VoKal (which is about vocals and tends to lean heavily in an r&b style, certainly more so than the Kpop lists).
Sometimes I do let it play music for me and have found some great songs that way, but mostly it just seems to shuffle through artists or songs I already like.

i mostly listen to my liked songs and some playlists my twitter moots or dryheat shared with me
I've let spotify autoplay music for me(thats how i diacovered bts) and u do get playlist worthy songs from it but i usually have to skip some songs in the beginning for it to work well and that gets annoying sometimes
