?? How are you all saying enhypen when not even one member is being pushed more than the others? Sunoo had individual cooking show variety, Sunghoon is an mc, different members are being sent to variety shows, at award shows ni-ki gets dance breaks along with sunghoon (recently members who haven't got the chance to do dance break got it) so no, nobody is pushing just one member of enhypen.
During i-land yes, heeseung was the one they put the whole attention on but after the show ended each of the members began to receive their own spotlight

You're right I don't know much about the group but I used to follow iland know pretty much everything about individuals. I was trying to get into them and I noticed their promotional strategy is same as txt. If its otherwise then that's good but as an outsider I just felt their bias towards heeseung.

How am I supposed to know about cooking shows? I'm a casual listner of them. And Soobin got that mc gig too its upto music bank and they always choose visuals members.

People shouldnt expect hybe to be that smart when the only group that managed to get the label where it currently is bts and the groups that followed were just lucky to be associated with (no hate, enhypen and txt might be good groups or do well but its the truth).
Bighit was so stupid for debuting txt ANOTHER BG right after bts when if they debuted their first gg instead that gg could have obliterated the kpop industry at this point, but bighit was too much of a pussy for that, and now theyre going to debut 3 ggs at once which means the attention on them will be divided. They took the quote "divide to conquer" a little too serious. I guess money wise thats smart but for kpop groups to be relevant theres no such a thing as this, u either get everything or you dont.
Will be curious to see how hybe will do once bts decide to leave the idol life.

Some of you aren't getting my point. I don't mean not getting solo gigs. They're only painting one member as talented one calling him ace and all that. I just want some members on singing variety show and collabs thats it. Many antis drag them especially enhypen for being "talentless" km sure it'll stop if hybe promotes them well.

Yeah it's smart way of making company and to keep the company relevant once BTS retires. But if they want to solidify their position as a top kpop label they must need multiple top groups who're liked by public otherwise theyll only be remembered as the label who debuted BTS. And they know it too that they'll never be able to do it that's why they are getting into western market too. And I guess they're not confident in forming a gg that's why they acquired soumu and hired min heejin who're experts in this. department.

He is also the only one with instagram account. There is guy named hk in the same group who is more charismatic and more charming than any other member but has got nothing of note to do. They know i guess their it boy won't remain it boy if they push another member.

I'm more fimilar with txt and I know it very well how they're promoting the members individually. I just respected others opinion because I dont want to start an argument here. I don't dig into every enhypen content and as a casual listener who's not biased towards any member I felt the favoritism.
And u said it yourself heeseung was pushed in iland.

It’s only during I-Land. I think while can be seen as the most “well-known or famous member” , the rest are not far behind. These days, it’s pretty well-balanced . TBH, Heeseung doesn’t even have any sub-unit guesting ( rest have!) so far in their official promotions for their repackage album. I dont know if he doesn’t want it or it’s intentional. It feels like they are trying to promote SH, Jay and Jake more if you look at their visibility and guestings. JW is always visible since he is a leader. Ni-ki has his own Japanese show. And in their mvs it usually Sunoo or Sunghoon focus while the line distribution in their last two TT, it was not even Heeseung who got the most lines. He only got it from B-Sides or if it’s high notes. Even in their concept videos, he got the simplest one. Not that I an complaining, I actually understand why they want others a chance to shine.In their own variety show, he rarely becomes the focus. Only when someone is asking them to sing a few lines live or identifying the notes that Heeseung gets the attention since he has perfect pitch. Their hosts or his other members are pointing him out to do it. For being an ACE, it’s natural to have one for each group. There is a reason why it is called “ The Ace”, the most well-rounded member though it doesn’t mean he is the only one who can shine. I believe in BTS , they have an ACE too , and it’s Jungkook ( he has perfect pitch too!) , right?But I believe V is the most famous internationally. For 4th gen, the one that did the so called “ collab” in MAMA are the aces of each group. Only time can tell if they will end up to be the most famous member in their respective teams.

It’s obvious Hybe isn’t going the entertainment kpop route like the other companies. After BTS they pushed more in IT. Then debuted another kpop group later in 2019.
And to be honest boy groups make more money than girl groups. If a company just want a fast cash grab, a boy group is the better choice to debut. Also Hybe has not made any losses debuting boy groups in all honesty. I’ll understand the criticism if their choices led to losses but instead they gained much profits.

As a casual listener how can you know who's being pushed the most? All you do is listen to the music, you don't watch content, you don't watch other stuff so if you can't back up your point then it loses its meaning? Listen to me, an actual fan, that is telling you that genuinely nobody is being pushed. I already gave you so many proofs of that yet you keep repeating the same wrong narrative..

I honestly dont care about the haters. They cant sell a million albums without talent. Just because they dont rap much, it doesnt mean they cant or talentless. They are definitely great dancers. Way more talented than most 3rd gen. I know some great dancers in 3rd gen( EXO, BTS) but it never hooked me. For vocals, Heeseung has perfect pitch.He sings well.i believe in experts opinion than some nobody who thought otherwise. Rest can sing pretty decently, they are still improving for each comeback. If I want someone that truly sing like an opera singer, I’ll stick to my classical music. Some haters are just absurd.Also, most of them can play instruments, Hee, Jay & Sunghoon guitar, Hee , Jay and Sunoo piano, Jake violin. Almost all of them are athletic too if not previous athletes. It helps in terms of discipline and how retain their stamina. All are visuals, depending on your taste. I know Knetz are sleeping on them but they are getting some love globally and it’s pretty much balanced ( Asia esp in SEA and Japan, South America, US and some parts in Europe) . I think their type of music is more modern, and Knetz GP are more patronizing to GG and cant move on from 3rd BG. But lets respect that. As long as our boys are relevant elsewhere and still selling ( a million seller!) pretty well, they are still a solid group.

I cant speak for TxT but it’s not true for ENHYPEN. For the year-end award performancesc while Heeseung got to perform in MAMA 4th gen collab, Niki & SH got some solo performances as well . Same with JW. In other awards show, others are given a chance too including in weverse con. You are probably watching less Enhypen performances and stuck in I-Land. It’s not even about I-Land anymore since doesnt exist yet that time. If Heeseung is shining a little more than the rest despite less exposure & lines in their title tracks, there is a reason why is called an ACE.

i'm a fan (don't stan them yet) who never watched a second of i-land and i'm surprised hearing this. i never noticed any favoritism, i don't see anyone being pushed. maybe that was in i-land, like i said i don't know, i never watched it, but it certainly isn't the case now.

whole reason it's so cringe hybe's pushing yeonjun this hard is that it's forced + it's not catching on.. it's like they continuously keep yelling in a void about it & only the txt members and their fans accept it. that's literally not how it works?
SNSD wasn't nation's gg because they themself or their company said so, it's because the public gave that title to them. Same with Jennie and Jimin being it girl and it boy. Neither company or idol has claimed that title for them, but the public and most of the rational kpop fans know. Hope hybe soon realises this because they are really going overboard

I've a feeling they're preparing him for a solo. If it happens then truly the dumbest move ever. Txt is the kind of group where all members are equally talented, no one outshines other, hybe should give all of them equal promo and at least push the vocalists of the group.

Niki is the best dancer in 4th generation and my 2nd favourite in kpop after jimin of bts but whenever we discuss about main dancers he's barely mentioned. Same case with a member of enhypen whose vocals are my favourite.

Op, people keep telling you that you are wrong about enhypen's case yet you keep insisting.. People call Heeseung Ace because that was his nickname as a trainee! Since you're not part of the fandom and don't know nonfans reactions too, for each other member there are other nicknames - Icon of Growth, Stage Genius etc. Enhypen is the group known as having all seven members that are all rounders so again, just because you're not familiar with it, it doesn't mean it's not true
