My guess would be that the brand did what most new brands do for marketing and paid her to wear it in an IG post. The hat she's wearing was also sent by a small clothing brand (Jennie showed off similar items sent to her). They probably charge less for small Korean brands than they do for luxe labels.

Probably not dating, but the company might've needed a female representative and they picked Lisa bc she's the biggest female idol internationally? They work in the same industry and have lots of mutuals, so it's obvious they know each other at least on a professional level.
unless they are ready to announce they're dating soon, i don't think his brother would do that. BTS' direct family are notorious for trying to stay out of the media and not publically utulise bts' name/connections/..

the reason why they choose Lisa is probably bc she's one of the biggest female idols out there. Nothing to do with dating or noise marketing.
