I think everybody needs to chill...

    About SD situation.. i really didn't want to involve myself in this issue bc i know it's a super sensitive topic in S.K. and i won't invalidate their feelings over my bias so yes, i wasn't going to talk about it, buuuuut i feel like this forum is going crazy... Some are acting like.. idk.. giving their opinions and just going on circles and circles bc suddenly some care about S.K history, others suddenly just care about BP, but unfortunately some are just doing nothing to help the situation. This should be dealt on S.K. by Koreans without much ifans involvement...


    I appreciate some users who are truly worried and understand that this goes beyond kpop or BP and within this whole chaos here i could learn more about a country that still has alive victims who fought for their democracy and for this, i applaud them and I'll always support democracy "fighters/supporters".

    I think we need to calm down bc fake rumors are being spread like the truth and people are just being hurtful against each other and against a whole nation bc what I'm seeing the most is GENERALIZATION! I hope we can understand our place and not going around judging everybody. I think we should accept Koreans decisions bc it's their history and their lives and i think we seriously need to calm down.


    I won't lie and say I'm ok with some reactions here bc this subject took this much interest in some bc it is indeed a popular idol from a popular group, but i also don't want to make this a fanwar when this goes beyond it so I'm trying to understand everything as some things are confusing for me, but my point is: i hope everybody, specially blinks, calm down and i hope everybody try to understand Koreans more bc they suffered a lot and if they feel hurt now, well, not our place to judge it based on our personal feelings.

    And also there is a difference between Knetz and Koreans knetz are like Stans of twitter. Korea isnt boycotting BP or is hating on Jisoo. We need to understand that Also blinks aren’t helping Jisoo at all lowkey setting her up

    Yes, I'm truly confused with everything bc it's a lot of info and a lot of people being biased so i really think we, ifans in general, are just complicating things...

    This is a thing that it needs to be said. After watching every korean reaction, they clearly are mad at BP for supporting Jisoo, but they ain't in a boycott against them, just against the drama.

    I honestly dont think Jason will be affected at all by this. Im a little disappointed as I was really excited for this drama because it was her debut but there are genuine problems with the story which has angered people. This is the problem when you make historical works especially those that are recent and especially with issues that involves the dictatorship years. People in Korea are still alive that lived through that so it is more insulting for them to see such inaccuracies. However, I dont think people are really mad at Jason and more the production company and writers. Sure you may seem some shit from kpop buzz sites but that's their jobs to create drama. I dont know if this drama will be finished but I dont think Jisoo, or Jisoo fans, should worry much about how this affects her long term.

    But yes, people need to relax, and honestly, I think the best path moving forward is to let go of Snowdrop, for Jisoo's sake. It's honestly unrecoverable and not a hill worth dying on or letting Jisoo die one. Stop defending the show, stop attacking people who do have legitimate reasons to be angry.

    I-netz need to let k-netz see that we are listening to them, we understand their frustration and their concerns are valid. We just want them to maybe not make Jisoo the entire punching bag for all this and help give a way for Jisoo to get through this without too much damage.


    But while both sides keep escalating the situations, thats not happening.
