no b/c every group even the biggest ones underperform at one point

even though their underperforming is > than 99% of all other kpop groups, it is for some weird reason still considered a "flop"

i guess if you mean groups that have only been going upwards since debut, you could count Dreamcatcher

so far, they have only surpassed their previous achievements so technically, they havent flopped

nah a lot of people always deny that Sistar was a top tier (along with Soshi and 2NE1) due to their abysmal sales and concert tickets

A group that have never been called flops? I think older groups like SES, HOT. Newer groups probably none, they still get called flops just out of spite

if youre talking about 'actual flop', then Blackpink because since debut they have been successful (#1 debut) and been improving in term of charts and international popularity.

If youre talking about being called 'flop' by haters, basically all group at one point will be called flop
