not particularly and even if you do my friend eat healthy stuff like fruits and vegetables and nuts and stuff like that to sate the hunger until the main meal
Not usually. My usual routine is to eat breakfast before work and then I usually eat again mid-afternoon. I rarely have a third meal and usually just have a small snack if I get hungry again.
As someone with a severe eating disorder history, hunger is scary to me. I eat a meal plan to maintain my weight and stay stable so I really only feel like eating when I approach meal/snack times.
i don’t feel hungry per say but it’s exam season and i’m stress eating like crazy. it’s like i just have this urge to occupy myself with food whenever my nose isn’t pulled into a book
i’m pretty sure i’ve put up a kg or two but i’m scared to check and make sure 💔
