Do you actually care about Digitals/Charting?

Honestly. You would think these idols are paying their bills or something. But to each their own.

Yes I want my favs to do well but if they flop they flop it’s okay As long I’m happy with their music I’m fine

I haven't seen a chart stat in years and I'm fine with that. People make charts such a huge deal but it's like, if it's good music then it's good charts don't make a song good

Only if it's about my faves and they're doing well cause i feel happy for them, if they aren't i will just appreciate the content and whatever

Not really, only to know if they're doing good of not but I don't care for exact numbers. But Maybe I would if I didn’t need a degree to understand and keep track of how Korean charts work when the rest of the world sorted it out decades ago.

It does not affect my song favorites

Many of my most played tracks this year flopped on charts

But, digital charting shows the hype about the song, and essentially the hype of the group

And I like knowing what song is topping, who is the next hot song or group, what are people's obsession currently

It is a fun side in the music industry, not everyone's cup of tea but when done in a non toxic way it is quite entertaining

No, tho both of my fandoms are very charts driven. I don't believe in fan labour either.

Album sales are cute. But they don’t actually tell the number of people actually listening to the music.

Not really, I like both very hyped or relatively unknown songs.

I only care to a degree that groups are profitable enough that their company will keep investing in their comebacks. Beyond that, who cares about the exact level of popularity/charting...

to some extent I do I want my bias group to do well obviously but it isn't the end of the world if they don't well. it's sad that some people use chart performances to bash groups they don't like.

I think logically and like math a lot. So charts are so interesting to me.

nah. i want my faves to do well ofc but i don't actually care about charting or sales. a lot of the groups i listen to most often don't do that great in either lol
