Description -> Emilio Pucci made the '60s fun, he understood teenagers and made their "Mod" fashion tasteful.

Biba

when -> '70s

where -> the town of London, never really hit the mainstream

Description -> Biba was a H U G E botique based in London; the outfits sold there were a revival of that 30s and 40s fantasy (...) It was also the first lifestyle fashion brand of all times: outside the botique there was a Disco, a supermarket and a zoo with flamingos! all the english superstars and socialites were there.

If Western fashion was ever cute, the cuteness happened in the 60s.

I agree, I like early, mid and late sixties were the fun, colorful era and i love every moment of that, and I am also mad that in this last decade the 90s and the fucking grunge aesthetic came back, from 2012 to 2016 I wanted to cry.

Like enough with that boring ass 90s nostalgia (one of the worst decades of fashion) and let's bring back the real fun.

I am glad that y2k is back and people are not afraid to use colors anymore

Tbh I dislike the Y2K fashion so much. When I was checking the current mainstream styles and saw many 00s fashion I was like "WHY???? ".

Even as a person who grew up in 2000s I already disliked that fashion.

Fortunately, these days they're making it less horrible than in 00s, which is nice.

I agree with you, the grunge era was indeed boring. The 90s was terrible as well (still can't beat 00s tho lol).

Y2k is not my favourite style too because I prefer elegant fashion more (elegant fashion that can also take some risks! that's why my favourite brand is Moschino, I love well-made camp <3) but in my opinion, everything is better than Grunge, evrything, even a 1910s revival would be better than Grunge for me!

I just hate with the passion people who don't take risks, and most of all, those angsty teenagers who make wearing everything black their entire personality

In my opinion fashion has to be at least a bit fun, and Y2k is camp as hell, so I at least appriciate it, I am happy to see teenagers wearing colors again
