People's interest changes over time. I think it is normal. Think about your previous hobbies, have you left them?
-
Not the whippersnappers gatekeeping Kpop from me....
Nah, I'm already 'older'.
It's okay grandpa, don't be sad
-
-
No, but i think im going to stan one more group.

idol group is like your first love. when you grew older, one day you will find a prettier girl. and you will marry her. than you get a family and you will forget about your first love.
brave girls on the other side can get married, getting children, getting divorced, going to jail. if they come out and reunite and i am still alive i will buy their albums again.

Maybe, I might drop my favs that aren't my ults if I lose interest in them. But I will never drop my ults BTS, BP, and Twice.
I will be loving them til death.
-
is the title sounding ageist? what should i change it to hmmmm
-
I'm already old.
-
Possibly, but BP will always have a place in my heart.

That's right...you be nice to your elders or we won't share our wisdom with ya's.
Now for real, I wish I had listened to my grandma... She also gave me so much opportunities I missed because I liked being an edgy kid. YOLO was a thing when I was younger

Even if I stop listening to them as much as I do now, I'll still have a soft sport for them and will love them.
Like just the other day I went back down the rabbit hole of all the jrock I listened to in my early 20s. It was great.

It's all good!
I think I'll drop them only if they start making music I no longer vibe with.

I was just kidding, I think I'm not too old yet
I'm 25
Or maybe I am...

hmm it could happen something. But not for awhile.
Like, before I was into Kpop I was deep into classic rock (particularly the Beatles and Talking Heads) and I'm not as interested now, but they always have a place in my heart, and like to return to their music once and awhile. I might have a similar relationship to other k-artists.

Got into K-pop at 13 and all I've been doing is adding groups and songs to like/favorite for 5 years I'm not thinking of dropping my faves anytime sooner
-

The upcoming groups on this thread they haven't debut yet. i hope it's a boy group because it would be nice to have a second ult bg. Seventeen was my first ult bg btw.
-
-
-
Also Red Velvet was my first ult gg before Twice became my second gg.

hehe now you revealed your real age
(I don't want to hear anything about it being in your profile all this time anyways,ok?!)

Idk at the moment I only add groups lmao. Though I have said to myself that the upcoming P Nation and Yuehua groups will be the last ones (probably not gonna happen though knowing myself).
But I’m probably not dropping anyone for a while. I have spent too much money on albums and photocards I ain’t getting rid of all that shit.

But seriously answering the question, I don't know. When you admire and love an artist, you probably are never expecting to drop them. Priorities and interests can change with time or not.
For example, I've been a Swiftie for 12 years and It's almost half of my life. Despite starting stanning her since I was a teen, I grew up with Taylor Swift's music and I never thought about unstanning until this date. Maybe It won't be until the day I die, maybe one day she may disappoint me too much to keep supporting her or maybe I will lost interest in her music in the future when my priorities change.
The same can apply to my faves on K-pop. I don't think there is a time limit to support korean pop artists too. It's personal and depends on how much interest you have in their work.
