groups with a LOT of members

That's the only thing I could think of when they released Not Friends.

Treasure. 3 of the members you could remove and it would make no difference, it might even be an improvement since it would give the other members more time to shine. Except those there are 3-ish more members that are only so-so important. They all got a thing that works for them but it wouldn't exactly be a huge loss if they hadn't debuted. YG doesn't know how to put together bigger groups and to boot Treasure was originally supposed to be two pretty separate units that then got merged.

I'd add Olivia and maybe cherry too but agree

There's a reason why the entire Treasure debuted. YG saw something in those 12 boys. Everyone has something to contribute to the group, they complement each other and it works well. Honestly, just because some people don't know a group that well, doesn't mean they can easily just say that some are filler members.

Treasure are literally irrelevant flops?
-
Some people need to understand that being a 'filler' doesn't mean the member is talentess, just that they aren't contribuiting to the group too much and could be easily out of the line up, because there are several members better in what they do the best.
And a idol who lacks in talent can be very important, for example, being the biggest stan attractor.

Define flops? When they are selling decently and has a several endorsements and collabs? They have a loyal fandom too. They may not be the most popular nor the group that sells the most but I fail to understand why they suddenly became irrelevant flops? The hell are you inhaling?
-
Anyway I'd say iKON (aside from Bobby, BI and Jun hoe none of the other members seemed to stand out or add anything at all)
And Enhypen, I have no idea how this line up went through a survival show and made it, especially that it wasn't even entirely based on votes. Hybe should ditch this strategy of only picking "allrounders" instead of specialists asap, because it's obvious that for them allrounder means mediocre in everything. Maybe they should look at aespa, tvxq or shinee to see what an allrounder actually means.

You really have nothing to say beside hate right?
Let me enlighten you about these "fillers" members.
Hyunsuk: All-rounder and keep well the group together as leader. Main rapper
Jihoon: Stan attractor for his personality (funny) and tease members to make them feel betteré Crack head
Yoshi: Stan attractor for intl fans. Rapper who keep the rapper team together.
Junkyu: Stan attractor for korean for being cute and unique vocal. Easily main vocal after Yedam and Jeongwoo.
Mashiho: Cute and one of guy you want tease. Unique vocal with Junkyu, bring life to songs.
Jaehyuk: Center as dancer and became a stan attractor for his gentle personality for korean fans.
Asahi: Producer of the team. His introvert personality is really relatable
Yedam: The guy everyone outside fandom know and main vocal
Doyoung: Stan attractor for his cheesy lines and main dancer
Haruto: Deep voice and visual of the team. A stan attractor for intl fans and people outside of fandom.
Jeongwoo: Main vocal and entertaining af. Crack head with Jihoon.
Jungwan: Main dancer and spoiled maknae
I don't see fillers members there. Each of them fill their role and attract different people. But since you are an anti, I guess you'll not read it. I don't care.
Tbh, the real fillers are from group nobody can think too and real flop/nugu.

Treasure doesn't have a center.
-
wow i didn't know there were only seven kpop groups with lots of members
-
Haseul's the best vocalist though, and the leader. However I do agree with Yeojin, Vivi, and Hyunjin. Choerry and Heejin can do all the things Yeojin can and with a more advanced skillset. Vivi and Hyunjin don't really add anything that the other members don't have either.
I guess they just needed 12 members for the concept and the storyline, which is their appeal, so I suppose in that sense they aren't really fillers considering that the loonaverse depends on that number of girls. It's understandable.

Shotaro and Sungchan are new members and their unit hasn't debuted yet, that doesn't make them filler members. that's like calling trainees fillers because they didn't debut yet lol.
anyway, they definitely weren't fillers in NCT2020
-
I saw Shotaro trending like crazy in twitter even before I knew he was a Nct member, just saw his name a lot. He's an amazing dancer and stan attractor, we just need to wait his fixed unit. About Sungchan I don't know, I'm not a fan of Nct overall, Shotaro is the one that made me pay more attention to the group.

Twice. There's 9 of them and only 3 are decent, not even good, singers.
Vocal line is nice technically, though. Plus they have some really good dancers and members that don't fit in either are stan-attractors and overall charismatic (Sana, Tzuyu, Dahyun). Chaeyoung is the main rapper and has contributed musically. So yeah, I'd say they're a pretty complete group.
