I think NCT definitely had a breakout year in 2020 across all the subunits and the larger brand as a whole.

I think the correct answer would be EXO.

Wolf didn't do much except it had decent physicals, enough to get them their first music show win.

But then, Growl was released and you saw the biggest breakout star, instantly turning the table over.

ITZY had quite the debut year though I'm not sure that applies
