Among BGs EXO has the most iconic and memorable choreographies

They’re stylish. They’re chic. They’re memorable.

Not just their title tracks, even their b sides have iconic choreography. I can’t really say that about any other group. Whether it’s the eve or artificial lover or ooh la la la.

The more I see BGs choreom the more obvious it is for me that EXO have the literally some of the best choreography.

The thing about EXO’s choreo is also that it actually allows them to sing. And it’s not just high jumps and gymnastic. Which btw takes a lot of skill no…

Txt is known for their synchronisation but they also have nice formation and musicality, it's so pleasant to see their choreo for so few members being so good

I used dance practices whenever possible to give a clearer view of the choreo but Black on Black is shot really well to show the choreo in the video.

Even their simpler choreo has all these small motions that happen across the body in each portion (they are big on isolation). Watch their “flute feet” at 1:26 during Mark’s rap where their ankles and legs are rotating and tapping in sync with the flute that’s punctuating Mark’s rap.

I really love NCT choreo because there are so many awesome elements that don’t even make it into the on stage music show performances half the time like these flute feet or the circle jump in superhuman.

Jump is at :38 and one of the cleanest views I’ve found of it.

Here is one of their best music show stages but you’ll notice a lot of the detail on the choreo (like the circle jump) is missing alrhough at least they kept in Jaehyun (bright blue jacket) and Haechan (black jacket)’s killer moments in this choreo.

NCT is one big group with smaller sub units. (If you're looking for dance practices or performances..)

- NCT is the whole unit when all the members get together for choreo. This choreo is complex and powerful and intricate, making use of the whole group. You saw Black on Black above.

- NCT Dream - this is the younger unit but their choreo is really difficult, even when they were teenagers. The style is bold and energetic. (FWIW, all of NCT are great but I think Dream is the strongest, tightest dance unit across all the members of its unit)

- NCT 127 - this is the older unit with more attitude - their choreo is always strong and complex with some attitude and swagger to it. I listed quite a few of their choreos above - their style and flair always creates exciting ones!

- WayV - this unit's style is very different than the others - still technically outstanding but more fluid in its movements and really creates interesting shapes just with people in a line.

- NCT U - this is like a "best of" unit. It pulls members from the others units that suit the song, so the style can be very different from song to song.

This is a neat look at all the units together. I've skipped the vocals to jump straight to the choreo.

WayV performs first (Turn Back Time), NCT Dream is second (Ridin'), NCT 127 is next (Kick It), all of NCT comes together then splits into different NCT U groups perform (Make A Wish (which you saw above), then the full group performing Resonance, then the 90s Love (which you also saw) NCT U unit, back to Resonance, to the Work It NCT U unit (which you didn't), then finishes with all members again in Resonance. The closing part is the part you saw in the dance practice above.

You can really see how different each group's style is because they're back to back.
