I'm not like a horror fan, but there are some horror things that I like. It depends for me.

Yes, but it has to have a good plot! Horror movies that rely too much on jump scares, music, and sound effects are predictable and boring, though. I like horror films with mystery and investigation. Oddly enough, it makes for a cozy time in.
I like horror aesthetics, but horror movies and shows are boring to me because I don't find them scary and the characters always make dumb choices.

I find it so interesting that horror movies/games use jumpscares fairly often despite the fact people rag on them all the time... I suppose it's because it's easier than doing something a bit more thought out. I personally like it when horror gets a bit more psychological.

Come to think of it, maybe I don't like horror as much as I like psychological thriller as a genre.
Some of my favorite thrillers are Searching and Mystic River because the plots are so meticulously planned. They really get you thinking and feeling something beyond just being startled every now and then.
I love it is between my fav genres
Anime horror is kinda cool. I've seen Perfect Blue and was intrigued by most of it, but I didn't find it that scary.

i have a love-hate relationship with horror. it's a genre that i find very interesting and captivating, but i get scared very easily and have to hold myself back from watching any of the media under the horror genre because i know that i won't be able to sleep if i do
not really, they're usually very illogical and badly made.. I'm still traumatised from watching "the nun" in the cinema

I like it for the aesthetics and atmosphere but I’m simply not scared at all by any horror movie.
I love Juon and Ringu. (There used to be a user here named stalker with a ju-on grudge avatar.)
I love it! My favorite genre in everything! I've been a horror head since I was a little kid, when I first watched night of the living dead and thought that had actually happened in the world.
Also if anyone likes a good campy slasher horror movie, watch Malignant!
Yes, I do love horror and every thing about the genre itself. Been watching horror films and shows since I was little and never been scared of any of them.
