I'm not. Since November 2018 blinks are on YGE ass demanding the solos. It's actually rather late than "done" kkkkk

...I don't really even pay much attention until the actual MV drops. Set whatever date you want, send the minions to talk up the anticipation, release :03 second snips of the song..it's whatever until the full song and MV drops.

Actually it became very much real after YG re-annouced the solos in July 2020

First statement was by yang Hyun-Suk in October 2018 then in February 2019 confirming the 3 solos will all somehow drop in 2019....that obviously didn't happen & he supposedly left the company for a while or something

Jisoo solo will definitely be late 2022 👀

If Lisa and Rosé's solo were performed earlier, they might not have the same impact as now
if Jennie solo was made in 2021 ..... she would surely and definitely have broken a lot of records too, but her solo released in 2018 allowed her to rise to the rank of IT GIRL and opened a lot of doors

And now YG is planning to release Jisoo's solo after the success of her drama
