The only BG rappers i've consistently enjoyed are Stray Kidz and Yoongi. The others i've heard are more " i can take it or leave it", not necessarily bad just uneventful.
Whereas i enjoy GG rap verses in songs a lot more consistently, even if the overall song isnt my fave. For example, i think "I'm Gonna be a Star" is deeply flawed like most people but it has Twice's best rap verses and i still listen to it because of them. Same with LTHM by BP, i generally hate the song but Lisa's rap is the one part i like.

The rap parts did save "I'm gonna be a star"
It's fifty fifty with Twice for me. Red Velvet also is a hit or miss. It works in Red Flavor but falls flat in Dumb Dumb, Psycho.
I don't listen to enough bgs, I don't feel like I like much less or more their rap parts

I see. I wondered if it was more generalised than you just not having vibed with many at this point.
It is probably no surprise that I feel mostly the opposite - the majority of girl group raps leave me feeling rather cold, or worse, I find them quite cringey. Actually, I think I probably find a lot of K pop group raps pretty cringey, regardless of sex - like they’re just placed in because it seems to be expected.

True. I can only think of three examples where the songs wouldn't feel the same without the rap. And those songs are 'What is Love', 'Du-du-du-du' and ' Very Very Very'.
