Well after watching LOKI series i think we can agree that he is no longer a villain. As he himself proclaimed that he has changed and also that he was shown saving the MULTI-VERSE

I might not be the best advice because I dislike the Avenger movies which are basically the center of it and skip or drop a lot of movies since their not my vibe

If you have Disney+ they have 2 easy ways of viewing them: in release order and in chronological order.
Imo since your new it's probably best to view with release order so start with iron Man 1. Then either watch them in order or look up some reviews and see which ones appeal to you. You can certainly get away with skipping a few here and there that you might not be interested in as they might be self contained or simply not that great In general. Iron Man 2, Thor 2, Captain Marvel, Hulk etc are ones that most avoid for those reasons.
However there are some highly recommended watches which are important for character introductions or events that affect other films. Captain America Winter Soldier, Cap America Civil War, Thor Ragnarok, Spiderman homecoming, Guardians 1 +2 etc are all really good picks.
All the Avengers movies are definitely must watches because they're the main events which all films lead into.
The Disney+ shows should only be watched after endgame as they are direct results of previous films or otherwise spoil some films.
And then down the road like a year or so later you can watch the entire series in chronological order (though there will still be some discrepancies and retcons).
