I am struggling. I should be the leader of the struggle group. I do not know a thing about math... yeah... people who are good in math you are very lucky to be a part of the chosen group. I look forward to failing next year in math... does anyone here really ENJOY math. like as a kid until now, it's your favorite subject.

No...math was never my thing. I had to have a really good teacher in order to understand it...
My 7th-grade math teacher, it's safe to say that he was lazy. Like halfway through the year it was almost like he was like "I give up, yall play your math games" lol. So when I got to 8th grade, I decided to take Algebra I, that was a mistake so I had to dropout of that and take regular 8th grade math and I was still like "huh???" I had to get extra help and barely made it out alive
My 9th-grade math teacher was really good. She would slow down a lot and not try to shoot everything out there and then be like "here's your assignment." Now I feel prepared for Geometry lol

But I'm not sure how much of my dislike actually stemmed from everyone around me insisting that maths is a subject for boys.
I was told as early as primary school that, for a girl, it's normal to be bad at maths and that I shouldn't fret overly much once I start to receive bad grades in maths and physics.
People made it seem like failing these subjects was inevitable and it made so anxious that I almost did fail maths.

Yeah, it's what behind algorithms. Not to mention it makes sense to apply in every day life.
