I think they wanted different styles and images, Diggity is more similar to Hot Sauce which is why DIY was promoted alongisde HS, now Hello Future is more fresh and summerish so Diggity as b side works better since it shows a different image than Life Is Still Going On.

I still want one single performance for Life Is Still Going On.
