He is such a coward!

For those who don't know what happened in details:

"Himchan was indicted in April 2019 on charges of sexual assault. He and the victim had a drink with four other friends at the guesthouse where he grabbed her breasts and kissed her against her will. He admitted the act, but claimed that it was consensual."

I know what he did was horrible and unforgivable but I still think it's wrong to say things like kill yourself. I hope the victim is doing well.

anyway yeah, I agree. There were rumours that the grabbing, kissing wasn’t his first time he did things like that. What bothers me most is that he still didn’t apologised for the victim but he did apologise to his fans. I think those who were his fans would have been happier with an apology for the victim. Also it’s his fault for behaving like that, he ruined his own life, he should face the consequences instead of trying to run away from it.

He should seek pro help. Maybe he is suffering from depression.

He should get help and pay for his crimes the right way. Suicide shouldn't be seen as a way out by him (assuming this is the case) and shouldn't be seen as the rightful punishment by others.

Suicide should never be the answer to anything.

I think he should get help and learn boundaries and what consent is, but suicide is almost never from just one thing. If he did it on impulse he should still seek help.

That said I don't think he should have access to minors and his fans until he gets the help needed, since sexual assault/abuse is scarring and damaging for the victim as well.

I think he should get the chance to redeem himself and should still be treated with human dignity in the process.

I don't know what to say in this situation other than I hope he gets the help he needs
