Any coping mechanism or something like that?

How do you feel better when you are very sad?
-
-
I eat sweet peppers
-
Well first off, I just cry to let my feelings out.
And then when I am somewhat in a calm position, I just give a little pep talk to myself
-
I play video games like Animal Crossing or Genshin Impact!
-
I like to keep to myself for a little first, and then talk to friends about it.
-
My deep sadness is really had to erase, I tend to just shut down and flop on my bed.
but since I'm a very much "ants in my pants" person I tend to fidget a lot and eventually my focus tend to be drawn there and then its easier to drop the sadness to deal with later.
Otherwise If I'm still able to do things, I draw. while listening to youra or heize. idk the lyrics to any of their songs bc idk korean but their general vibe helps.

listen to sad music and cry

listen to sad music and cry
I guess crying would be really helpful sometimes, wish everyone could cry easily cause I suck at that
-
i talk to my best friend first to tell what i feel. And then i try to sleep or eat something i like

That's very challenging. Staying in bed for long when you are sad is normal but it makes my back hurt so bad that makes the whole situation even more pathetic lol

I write, I edit, I make music, I read comics or manga or books, or I watch one of my favorite movies or I watch funny youtube videos. Or I listen to music.... I have learned lots of coping mechs...

Walks help for me and other exercise.

.......how strong are your core muscles? As a measure, how many proper sit-ups can you do without feeling fatigued?
I'm not saying you're weak or smth but like its a bit concerning that lying in bed will lead to back pain. A strong core is a strong frame.
which leads into my next coping mechanism: if I feel the sadness creeping on I go for walk or do minor exercise, nothing that will make you sweat or tired, just going through the motions.

I didn't even know that is related, but I went to the doctor some months ago and he did tell me that I have very weak muscles lol. He told me to try Yoga and I have been doing it tho so hopefully it improves

I would not say that much but I have done music and art before for a couple different recording artists and companies, I now work in IT though

I process it. If it is a funk that I am having trouble shaking, I'll dance or "diddy" (which is not "all out" dancing) the sadness away to some of my favorite hype songs or find some funny vids to crack up to, like this one:

Teachers care about you. Teachers are kind, sensible, educated individuals. If you decide to approach them, they will treat you with fair treatment, respect and help you as much as they can if you have a worry which is an academic or pastoral problem.
You need to respect them for a healthy relationship to be established.

Sad? What's that?

Well, nowadays I just sulk lol. But I used to write poems expressing what was on my mind at that time. I feel like that would be a great habit to get back into, because it really helped me out. But I’ve got so much going on that I don’t really have that much time for it anymore, sadly.
